Intergenerational Feminisms
Feminist Theory invites submissions for a special issue on intergenerational feminisms– the relations, conversations, tensions, connections, questions, and/or impasses across different historical moments of feminist theory in various national and transnational contexts. What stories do we, have we, could we, or should we tell across generations of feminism? How do we engage trans-generational work in our own scholarship or in our classrooms? Pieces can be co-authored, reflective, creative, as short as 1500 words and as long as traditional articles. Surprise us, challenge us, question us, question feminism across generations as we think we know it. Revisit your favorites or think on feminist theory’s futures. Abstracts with notice of approximate word length due by Dec. 8, 2023, with final ms due by June 3, 2024, to feminist-theory@ncl.ac.uk.
For any queries or submissions, please email feminist-theory@ncl.ac.uk.
